Returns & Refunds Policy
Bonic Concept Store accepts size and color exchanges within the established period (1 month), provided the garment is in perfect condition.
For orders placed within mainland Spain, Le Godet will cover the pickup and delivery of the exchanged item.
If you prefer a different color of the same product, the return shipping will not be covered, and will only be free of charge if the size is incorrect.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, the item must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to the following address:

Items must be returned new, unused, and with all original packaging components, such as seals, covers, garment bags, gift boxes, and original tags still attached.
Returns must always be sent via certified mail, not standard/untracked shipping. Le Godet will not be responsible for lost or delayed packages sent without tracking, or those arriving after the 14-day return window.
Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstance and are always the responsibility of the customer — including in cases where the desired product is out of stock (except in cases of defects or company errors).
PayPal Returns
If you paid via PayPal and request a refund, please note that PayPal retains a refund fee.
For example, if your refunded item cost €129, PayPal will withhold €1.55, which will also be deducted from your refund.
IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
Bonic concept store only accepts size, color, or model exchanges within the established period (1 month) if the item is in perfect condition.
Monetary refunds are not offered in physical stores. If no suitable exchange option is available at the time, a store credit (valid for 1 year) will be issued for the returned item’s value.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that:
Have been altered after purchase
Show any variation from the original condition
Are returned in poor condition
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
To exchange or return an item, please follow the same procedure:
Send an email to info@boniconceptstore.com with the subject line:
“Change Bonic” (for exchanges)
“Return Bonic” (for returns or defects)
⚠️ If you do not receive a reply, you must still send the product to ensure it arrives within the return window. Otherwise, we cannot issue a refund.
In the body of the email, include the following information:
Order Number
Full Name
Email Address
Item and Size
Cardholder Name
Reason for Return or Exchange
📦 If you are exchanging a product from the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, or elsewhere in Europe (outside mainland Spain), all shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer.
WHAT IS THE RETURN DEADLINE?
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the package to return your order for a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
You have 30 days to request a size or color exchange.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued via the same credit or debit card used for the purchase within a maximum of 15 business days.
Refunds apply only to the product value, not including shipping fees.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We strongly recommend sending returns via certified mail. If an item is returned via untracked shipping, Bonic concept store will not be responsible for lost items.
If you receive a package that is incomplete or damaged, you must:
Contact the delivery service within 24 hours to file an official claim.
Email us at info@boniconceptstore.com with the subject line: "iINCOMPLETE ORDER" and attach images showing the box and its contents.
We will contact the courier to verify the error or loss using the package weight.
⚠️ Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted by the courier or Le Godet, and no refund will be issued for missing products.
If your package is lost or stolen during transit, we will file a claim and you will be entitled to a full refund.
If your order arrives visibly damaged (e.g. torn box, open package, stained item), immediately contact the delivery company and then email us at info@boniconceptstore.com with the subject line: "ORDER IN BAD SHAPE" along with photos, so we can arrange a free return and ensure you receive your items in perfect conditoion.
